AI Investor Calls is the AI calling division of JAD Enterprises LLC, an accredited investor lead and marketing company in McKinney, Texas, founded by James Deal in 2016. It is part of JAD, not a separate company. AI Investor Calls builds and runs custom AI voice agents that call and qualify investor lists for fund managers, brokers and other capital raisers. As of July 2026 it had placed 8,600,000+ AI calls.
How It Started
JAD has been in the investor lead business since 2016, and it still runs its own in-house calling team in McKinney. In 2023 James Deal started testing what AI voice agents could actually do.
He has worked on the agents ever since, updating and tuning them to call and qualify investors at high volume and speed. The agents can make far more calls than a human team, and they keep the full details of each offering on every call. That helps clients reach more investors, and it helps JAD keep its own lead data up to standard.
JAD also supplies the investor leads the agents call, so clients don't have to bring their own list.
