Will the agent ever go off-message?
No. The agent stays within your approved content and knowledge base at all times. If asked something outside the approved information, it defers to your team for follow-up.
If asked, will it admit it's an AI?
Yes. If directly asked whether it's a human or AI, the agent will honestly identify itself as an AI assistant.

What do you need from us to start?
Your materials (PPM, pitch deck, website, FAQs), your qualifying questions, and your brand/tone preferences. We use those to draft the call pitch, knowledge base, and follow-up email for your approval before launch.
How long does onboarding take?
Most agents are built, tested, and ready to launch within days of receiving your materials and approvals.
Can we change the pitch or knowledge base after launch?
Yes. We can update the agent's content and apply changes after you sign off. Minor updates are included; major rebuilds are quoted separately.
Can we run different voices or personas for different campaigns?
Yes. Choose voices and tone that fit each audience. Up to 4 agents per client, each with their own phone number and persona.
Do you provide lead data, or do we need to bring our own?
Both. We can work your existing lists, call live CRM segments, or supply fresh data filtered by sector, geography, and demographics.

Do we get recordings and transcripts for every call?
Yes. Every conversation is recorded with a playback link, fully transcribed, and summarized with status tags, next steps, and scores.
How many calls can be run at once?
The system places calls in parallel across your lead list, maintaining consistent, professional delivery. Ideal for filing windows and close dates.
Does quality drop at high volume?
No. Consistency is the point. The agent adheres to your guidelines on every call, first to last. AI doesn't get tired, miss disclaimers, or forget details.
About Billing
Are credits refundable?
Credits are non-refundable once used. Unused credits remain on your account indefinitely and do not expire.
Will I be charged automatically?
No. All credit purchases are initiated by you through the portal. We do not automatically charge your card.
What happens if my platform fee expires?
You cannot send new calls until you renew. Your leads, results, and credits remain on your account — nothing is deleted.
What is the first-time bonus?
When you pay your platform fee for the first time, you automatically receive 2,500 free call credits as a welcome bonus.
