Information You Provide Directly

  • Contact Form: First name, last name, email address, phone number, and message content.
  • Client Questionnaire: Company information, offering details, investment terms, AI caller preferences, FAQs, objection/rebuttal pairs, and uploaded documents.
  • Demo Call Request: First name, last name, email address, and phone number.
  • Guide Download: Email address submitted to receive our informational PDF guide.
  • Payment Information: Processed securely through Stripe. We do not store credit card numbers on our servers.

Information Collected Automatically

  • Analytics Data: Pages visited, time on site, referral source, browser type, device type, and IP address — collected via Google Analytics 4 (GA4) and Google Tag Manager (GTM).
  • Call Tracking: CallRail dynamically inserts tracking phone numbers to attribute calls to marketing sources. Call duration, caller location, and recording data may be collected.
  • Email Engagement: Email opens and link clicks are tracked via tracking pixels and redirect URLs to measure engagement.

  • To process demo call requests and deliver demo experiences
  • To build custom AI calling agents based on your questionnaire responses
  • To process payments via Stripe
  • To send transactional emails (demo confirmations, questionnaire receipts, guide delivery)
  • To respond to your inquiries submitted through the contact form
  • To analyze site usage and improve our Services
  • To manage our sales pipeline and client relationships via HubSpot CRM
  • To attribute marketing performance and optimize advertising spend

4. Cookies & Tracking Technologies

The Site uses cookies and similar technologies for:

  • Essential functionality: Form draft auto-save (localStorage), popup suppression preferences
  • Analytics: Google Analytics cookies to understand site usage patterns
  • Marketing: Advertising pixels from Google Ads, Meta, and LinkedIn for conversion tracking and remarketing
  • CRM: HubSpot tracking cookie for visitor identification

5. Call Recordings & AI Voice Interactions

  • All AI voice calls (including demo calls) are recorded and transcribed.
  • Recordings, transcripts, and AI-generated call summaries are stored securely in cloud infrastructure.
  • Demo call recordings may be emailed to the requesting user along with an Excel export of call data.
  • Demo calls are limited to 3 per phone number and 3 per email address.
  • Production call recordings are isolated per client — no client can access another client's data.

6. Data Retention

  • Contact form submissions: Retained indefinitely for business relationship management.
  • Questionnaire data: Retained for the duration of the client relationship and as needed for service delivery.
  • Demo call data: Retained for quality assurance and service improvement purposes.
  • Guide download emails: Subject to 24-hour deduplication, retained in CRM for marketing purposes.
  • Analytics data: Retained per Google Analytics and HubSpot default retention policies.

7. Data Security

We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your personal information, including:

  • HTTPS encryption across all pages
  • Client data isolation — each client's data is stored separately
  • PCI-compliant payment processing through Stripe
  • Role-protected admin access with authentication
  • Enterprise-grade cloud infrastructure (Google Cloud Platform, Cloudflare)

No method of electronic transmission or storage is 100% secure. While we strive to protect your information, we cannot guarantee absolute security.

8. Your Rights

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the right to:

  • Access the personal data we hold about you
  • Request correction of inaccurate data
  • Request deletion of your personal data
  • Opt out of marketing communications
  • Request that we stop processing your data for certain purposes

9. Do Not Call Compliance

We honor Do Not Call (DNC) requests immediately. If a contact requests removal during a call, the AI agent exits the conversation and permanently flags the lead. DNC-flagged leads are never called again. For details on our calling compliance practices, see our Compliance & Data Security page.

10. Children's Privacy

Our Site and Services are not directed to individuals under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If we become aware that we have collected data from a child, we will take steps to delete it promptly.
